Band.Coach respects your privacy. This policy describes how the marketing website handles information — not the full artist product, which will have its own policy when performance uploads launch.
Site analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, button clicks, and whether scheduling flows complete. We use this to improve the website and understand interest in Band.Coach programs.
Scheduling
When you book a planning conversation through Calendly, Calendly processes the information you provide according to its own privacy policy. Band.Coach receives scheduling details needed to hold the meeting.
Cookies and local storage
The marketing site may use cookies or browser storage required for basic functionality, analytics, and embedded scheduling. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Information you provide
If you contact us or schedule a meeting, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, email, and organization.
Artist coaching privacy
Artist coaching reports are private by default. City program reports use aggregate insights by default. Band.Coach is not designed to give cities every individual criticism about every performer.
Your music and performances
Participating artists retain their rights to their music and performances. Band.Coach receives only the rights necessary to analyze submitted material and provide requested coaching when the product is in use.
